The issue reported results from the Hornby Fall Fair, including Roger and Holly Smith winning largest pumpkin, Phyllis Brewer winning for Bosc pears, and Faye Chung winning the Jimmy Tait Memorial Trophy for best flowers in show. The event also featured zucchini racing and children’s entries.
