The Hornby Fall Fair’s produce and flower competitions included a large-pumpkin award for Roger and Holly Smith, a Bosc pear award for 96-year-old Phyllis Brewer, and the Jimmy Tait Memorial Trophy for best flowers in show for 18-year-old Faye Chung. The fair also featured zucchini racing and children’s entries.
