Hornby Island Local Trust Committee Denies Rogers Cell Tower Application

After a 20-month campaign by residents, the Hornby Island Local Trust Committee voted not to concur with Rogers Communications' proposed cell tower on Crown land near Central Road. The decision aligns with the community's Official Community Plan which disallows cell towers on the island.
