Ima’s Kitchen, a bakery run by Yogev Dascalu and Bronwynne Fogarty, is producing a variety of breads including Middle Eastern and sourdough styles. They supply the Denman General Store, Hornby Coop, and the Guesthouse, and operate from a commercial kitchen in their Northwest Road home.
