International Court of Justice Hearing South Africa's Case Against Israel for Genocide

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has accepted jurisdiction to hear South Africa's preliminary case accusing Israel of genocide. The ICJ is currently accepting briefs from member states, with several countries joining South Africa's side. The case may take several years before trial, with provisional measures issued to prevent further harm.
