Islands Trust Council Approves 2019/20 Budget

At its March 13, 2019 meeting on Gabriola Island, the Islands Trust Council approved a $7.94 million budget for 2019/20. The budget includes a 2.0% tax increase overall, a 12.1% increase for Bowen Island taxpayers, wage increases for union staff, trustee remuneration increases, and funding for website improvements, outreach, and strategic projects.
