Islands Trust Fund Renamed Islands Trust Conservancy

The Islands Trust Fund, an entity created under the Islands Trust Act to protect special places within the Trust Area, has officially changed its name to Islands Trust Conservancy following provincial legislation. This change aims to reduce confusion and better reflect its conservation mandate.
