Islands Trust to Finalize Budget with Tax Levy Increase

The Islands Trust will finalize its budget at the March 10-12 Trust Council meetings, proposing a 3% increase in spending resulting in a 1.5% increase in the Trust tax levy and use of $383,650 from accumulated surplus.
