Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Care Classes Offered

DICES is offering a series of Jin Shin Jyutsu self-care classes facilitated by Erin O’Brien on January 20, 27, February 10, and 24, 2025, from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in the Community Room at Denman Island Community School. Classes teach basic hands-on healing techniques to empower personal wellness. Cost is $15 per class, with drop-ins welcome as space allows.
