Nominations for local trustees for Denman Island and Hornby Island Local Trust Areas are open from September 4 to September 14, 2018. The general local election will be held on October 20, 2018, to elect two local trustees for each area for a four-year term. Same-day voter registration is available. Mail ballot voting is available for qualified electors with disabilities or those absent on voting day.
