Local Trust Committee issues variance permit for Guest House access

The Local Trust Committee issued a development variance permit to Denman Community Land Trust Association to waive the requirement for proof of potable water on the Guest House property related to a boundary adjustment for access to the seniors affordable housing project. Water requirements for the housing project remain unchanged.
