NIA Movement Class Scheduled for February 7

The next NIA movement class, which includes dance, stretch, laughter, and exploration, is scheduled for Friday, February 7, 2020, at 10:30 am. Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle and a mat. The class is open to everyone.
