Residents of the Graham Lake subdivision continue to face a Boil Water Notice and out-of-service fire hydrants. Concerns include lack of transparency from CVRD officials, unclear water treatment project scope and budget, installation of water meters, water quality issues, and fire safety infrastructure not being operational. The CVRD has yet to provide clear updates or solutions.
