Open letter by Islands Trust and San Juan County officials opposing Trans Mountain Pipeline expansion

Elected representatives from the Islands Trust and San Juan County have written an open letter urging Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau to abandon the Trans Mountain Pipeline expansion project due to risks to the Salish Sea region, including increased tanker traffic and threats to orca populations and local economies.
