Elected representatives from the Salish Sea islands, including Islands Trust and San Juan County officials, have written an open letter urging Prime Minister Trudeau to abandon the Trans Mountain Pipeline expansion project due to risks to the environment, orcas, and local economies reliant on tourism and a healthy environment.
