Open Letter from Island Leaders Urges Prime Minister to Abandon Trans Mountain Expansion

Elected representatives from the Salish Sea islands, including Islands Trust trustees and San Juan County councilors, have written an open letter urging Prime Minister Trudeau to abandon the Trans Mountain Pipeline expansion project due to risks to the environment, orcas, and local economies reliant on tourism and a healthy environment.
