Open letter from Islands Trust and San Juan County officials opposes Trans Mountain expansion

Elected representatives from the Islands Trust and San Juan County have jointly written an open letter urging Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to abandon the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion project, citing risks to the Salish Sea environment, increased tanker traffic, and threats to local economies and orca populations.
