Pepper Lane Seniors Affordable Housing Project Cancelled at Proposed Location

The Denman Community Land Trust Association announced they will not complete the Pepper Lane Seniors Affordable Housing Project at the proposed Denman Road location due to the landowner's unwillingness to extend the purchase agreement without a full construction financing commitment by December 31, 2022. The DCLTA plans to seek another suitable property and remains committed to the project.
