Proposal calls for Baynes Sound Connector replacement

A ferry-service feedback letter urges BC Ferries to replace the Baynes Sound Connector in the next term and conduct a feasibility study for a direct ferry between Denman and Hornby. It also proposes measures including resident reservations and limits on tourist RV length.
