The Denman Island Local Trust Committee will hold a public hearing via electronic meeting on February 17, 2026, to discuss proposed bylaw amendments related to the Triple Rock Land Cooperative. The bylaws propose increasing residential units by four, permitting secondary suites, and establishing a housing agreement regulating occupancy and affordability for 19 units at 5201 Denman Road.
