Rogers Tower Proposal Lacked Proper Notification to Local Trustees

Emails reveal that Rogers and Islands Trust planning staff failed to notify local trustees about the proposed cell tower on Hornby Island as required by regulations. The Local Trust Committee and residents were unaware of the proposal until public notices appeared in late 2022.
