The Taylor’s Checkerspot Butterfly Recovery Project is ongoing, involving habitat enhancement, captive rearing, and public outreach. The project is a collaboration among BC government agencies, local conservancies, the Greater Vancouver Zoo, and other partners, aiming to restore populations of this endangered butterfly species in British Columbia.
