Telus Internet Service on Denman Island

Telus provides internet to Denman Island via fiber optic cables to two central office locations, with ADSL technology over copper lines. However, ADSL speeds are limited by distance from these offices. Telus is transitioning to fiber optic service directly to homes or businesses. Additionally, Telus Mobility is piloting Smart Hub wireless internet service in some areas of Denman, offering speeds around 24 Mbps download and 12 Mbps upload with various data plans. Interested residents can contact Telus to test availability at their address.
